 During these uncertain times it is hard to say when the race tracks will be open again for business however, we plan on getting back to the track as soon as we are allowed to by local regulations. So this is our guarantee to our customers, if you sign up for any of our 2020 events and we have to cancel the event you will receive a full credit or refund toward any event in 2020. In addition we have modified our refund policy so you can cancel for any reason, at any time up to the morning of the event for a full credit towards any TXP event during the 2020 season.

 Safety is our number one concern.

* We ask that if you are feeling ill or showing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus please accept a credit toward a future event and not attend any events while you show symptoms.
* Please practice conscientious social distancing.
* We will have a modified registration process and riders meeting to ensure that we can all keep the recommended minimum safe distance from each other. 
* We ask that you do not touch, kiss, lick or otherwise caress motorcycles, gear or people that do not belong to you, and wash your hands thoroughly and often.
* Finally, let’s all have a great time doing what we love to do.

 

Regarding our Spring Mountain and Streets of Willow event March 28-29/April 25-26

Unfortunately, our first event at Spring Mountain March 28-29 and Streets of Willow event April 25-26 has been cancelled.

All events have been shut down at Spring Mountain and Willow Spring until April 30, 2020. We are very sorry for the inconvenience we really did everything we could to continue to host the event. If you have already purchased a date at either event, you will get a full credit toward any other 2020 event or a full refund. If you are a 3-pack holder, you may reschedule to any 2020 event. If you are a 2020 season pass holder, we will be issuing a refund for a total of the four days that we had to cancel.
