2020 Policy Updates

Sign up now for any event Worry Free. Updated 6/18/2020

 We are back in business!! Tracks are allowing us to run events and we do not expect to cancel anymore events in 2020. However during these uncertain times it is hard to say if tracks could close again. So this is our guarantee to our customers, if you sign up for any of our 2020 events and we have to cancel the event you will receive a full credit or refund toward any event in 2020. In addition we have modified our refund policy so you can cancel for any reason, up to seven (7) days before an event for a full refund or at any time up to the morning of the event for a full credit towards any TXP event during the 2020 season.

 Safety is our number one concern.

* We ask that if you are feeling ill or showing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus please accept a credit toward a future event and not attend any events while you show symptoms. 

* Please practice conscientious social distancing. We require wearing a cover over your nose and mouth when social distancing cannot be respected.

* We will have a modified registration process and riders meeting to ensure that we can all keep the recommended minimum safe distance from each other. Both the riders meeting and registration will be separated by group.  Masks must be worn during registration.

* We ask that you do not touch, kiss, lick or otherwise caress motorcycles, gear or people that do not belong to you, and wash your hands thoroughly and often.

* Finally, let’s all have a great time doing what we love to do.

 Regarding our cancelled events:

Unfortunately, our first three events have been cancelled. We didn't make this decision lightly and nobody wants to get back to the track more than us. Our first two events in June at Chuckwalla and WSIR both went off without a hitch. We were able to maintain social distancing by having seperate multiple riders meeting and registration areas organized by group. We do not foresee cancelling anymore events in 2020.

 If you have already purchased a date at any of the first three events, you will get a full credit toward any other 2020 event or a full refund.

There is no rush to choose another date. You will have until the last event to make a decision. When you are ready to choose another event or to request a refund contact us at: sales@trackxperience.com

3-Pack Customers:

If you are a 3-pack holder, you may reschedule to any 2020 event. If you were signed up for an event that was cancelled (the first 3 events) then we will extend your 3-pack dates into 2021. You can request a refund, however, the full purchase price of the 3-pack will be refunded and if you are signed up for any future events they we be removed.

Season Pass Holders:

If you are a 2020 season pass holder, we have issued a refund for a total of the six days that we had to cancel.
