Tracstar Challenge
The Tracstar™ Challenge is a free and optional skills-based rider certification and awards program which focuses on developing both physical and mental bike control skills and safety habits.
Oliver Chami, former AMA 250GP racer and program co-creator, says "With Tracstar, riders receive formal training and earn recognition for demonstrated proficiency, which should result in a lower future crash risk in any environment". As a track day and successful racer and riding school instructor since 2001. Oliver has helped countless riding students achieve their goals of becoming faster and smoother riders. In the creation of Tracstar, Oliver has used that experience to create a rider education system based upon proven sports training programs in use around the globe.
Program co-creator and developer Todd Robinson says, "There is simply too much focus on pushing for fast laps at the expense of being a smooth or safe rider. In fact our most successful students have proven that by focusing on smoothness and control they are able to lower their lap times while becoming safer riders".
The Tracstar program is a complete rider education system, offered at all TrackXperience events as an optional and complimentary service.

All Tracstar participants will work their way through the different levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Master Rider. To graduate each level, riders will need to demonstrate proficiency in a broad range of skills. At the completion of each level, riders are awarded certificates, patches for their leathers, and stickers for their bikes. Tracstar graduates will be safer and faster riders while enjoying the advantage of enhanced bike control.
To qualify for Tracstar Bronze, a rider should be able to demonstrate the basic skills that are taught in the Level 1 school. Tracstar Silver includes solid skills that build on the Bronze level, and prepare you to be a predictable and smooth Level 2 rider. To qualify for Tracstar Gold, a rider should be able to demonstrate significantly improved precision riding at the high intermediate to advanced pace, although Tracstar Gold is ALL about control, not speed. And finally, to qualify for Tracstar Master Rider, a rider will be expected to demonstrate extremely precise and skilled riding skills. (Levels and expectations are outline in the student syllabus)
